• Winner will be notified by email after the tour end.
• An independent person will make the draw.
• The draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age. but not to employees (or their families) of Elemental Adventure or Last Frontier Heliskiing, their agents or anyone connected with the draw.
• No purchase necessary but subscription to the newsletters of Elemental Adventure and Last Frontier Heliskiing is a condition of entry. This does not affect your right to unsubscribe subsequently. Your data will not be transferred to any other person or entity without your prior consent.
• Only one entry per person allowed. Multiple entries will be removed from the draw.
• The first prize is: Five days’ heliskiing for one person with Last Frontier Heliskiing in British Columbia, Canada including: return ground transfer from Terrace to Bell 2 Lodge (Bell 2 Lodge) or to Ripley Creek, five nights’ accommodation in a twin room, all meals, five days’ guided heliskiing including 22,000 vertical metres, use of powder skis & safety equipment including: avalanche transceiver and avalanche airbag.
• The itinerary dates and times will be based on Last Frontier Heliskiing’s designated January 2024 dates and subject to availability
• The prize does not include: airfares, skiing in excess of that included, anything not specifically mentioned above.
• No refund will be offered in the event that the vertical metres skied do not reach the guarantee level.
• Travellers must ensure any requirements for visas, travel insurance, permissions, and other conditions of travel are met.
• There is one holiday to be won. The holiday must be taken in January 2023 or 2024. The prize is not transferable. The date and name cannot be changed once booked. All dates are subject to availability. The winner must be an advanced skier, capable of skiing or snowboarding confidently down a red run at a European resort in all conditions. The promoters retain the right to refuse winners on grounds of insufficient skiing or snowboarding ability.
• No cash alternative in whole or part will be offered for the prize.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
• Entry into the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
