2025 Heliski Trip Ideas

Seeking inspiration for your 2025 ski trip? With snow falling across North America and Europe, if you haven’t got your next powder fix lined up yet, it’s not too late, whether you are thinking about the imminent winter months or planning further ahead.

Following big early snowfalls in British Columbia, Whistler opened early with a powder day on 22 November and is in great shape for Christmas and New Year. Another winner in the early snowfall stakes, Revelstoke has already received almost three metres of snow. Check out all that untouched snow in the flyover video from 16 November. The resort opens this weekend and heliskiing (not always a certainty in December) begins shortly afterwards.

December

Two of the world's best chalets, Belmont Estate in Whistler and Bighorn in Revelstoke still have availability over the festive period and in January. Contact us for dates and prices at these exceptional properties, both of which offer heliskiing from right outside and superb resort skiing.

If you can squeeze in a trip before Christmas, how about 3 days' heliskiing at Revelstoke? 17-21 December | inc 4 nights' accommodation and Kelowna transfers | CA$6,995 pp.

The middle of the BC season, February is when the days lengthen and, statistically speaking, the snow stays cold but there are more bluebird days. Availability is limited but we still have a few prime spots such as:

Heli-Ski Safari

A more distant, end of the earth type place would be hard to imagine and for the past four years I had dreamed of skiing these gigantic volcanoes that rise so abruptly from the mythical sounding, Sea of Okhotsk.
